Bicycle Ruidoso
ABOUT BICYCLE RUIDOSO
Bicycle Ruidoso is a not-for-profit organization working to enhance our Ruidoso, New Mexico and Lincoln County communities by promoting the sport, safety and pleasure of riding bikes.
The Club is comprised of mountain bikers, road cyclists and those who just enjoy riding. We are members of USA Cycling and organize the Tour de Ruidoso Century Ride each year to benefit the Ruidoso Hospice Foundation and support and participate in other local riding events as well.
Weekly rides include time trials, mountain bike night rides, ski run road uphill climb and cyclocross.
We are involved with the expansion and development of the mountain bike trail system, working with the National Forest Service, Village of Ruidoso, Ruidoso Valley Economic Development Corporation and other interested individuals and businesses.
We are advocates for biking and biking safety, which includes promoting the expansion of bike lanes throughout the Village of Ruidoso.

This fifth annual road endurance event offers the participant three options;
- The flat 20 miler
- The 62 mile tour
- The grueling Century
The beautiful scenery will amaze you as you tour through history. Geronimo’'s Apaches roamed these hills. Black Jack Pershing and Buffalo Soldiers served at Fort Stanton and this is Billy the Kid country where the Lincoln County War was fought!
